The orientation consultation has a fixed fee communicated before booking. In that meeting we analyse the case and provide a fee estimate for ongoing support.
Is my data confidential?
Yes. All initial contact and shared documentation is treated with strict confidentiality, in compliance with GDPR and professional secrecy.
Do you work outside Lisbon?
Yes. Many cases can be handled by video conference. We travel to the relevant courts when necessary.
Can I send documents online?
Yes. After first contact, we send secure instructions for document sharing if needed to assess the case.
