Who I am

I'm Diogo Henriques. I work from Ericeira, near Lisbon, with clients across Portugal — and internationally when it makes sense.

I hold a degree in Informatics and Business Management from ISCTE. I learned early that technology is only useful when it makes a message simpler — not more confusing.

Today I help professionals and small businesses clarify what they communicate and turn that into honest websites, with real support from start to finish.

Approach: message before design

Most people who come to me know they need a website, but get stuck on the hard part: what to say, how to explain what they do, and how to build trust.

My work starts before design — it starts with the message. A beautiful site without clarity doesn't convert.

I write or rewrite the copy with you (on higher plans), structure the site for leads and bookings, and handle the technical foundation for SEO, speed, and mobile.

You talk to me directly — not an automated platform. The goal is to reach the right people, not please everyone.

Background

Beyond websites for professionals and SMEs, I work on more complex projects — platforms, online stores, migrations, and integrations.

One example: Spideo, a content-recommendation and analytics platform with AI for video streaming, IPTV, and TV operators.

Every month in Ericeira I organise English-language storytelling events with around 200 people — real stories told in public.

I write on Substack «Não é ficção» about true stories and communication — less literary, more about what actually matters to say.
